Communications
All Sierra Cleaning Limited personnel at supervisory level or higher are equipped with communication devices to assure our customers a rapid response to any emergency service at all times. With one phone call, staff can receive instructions while on site.
One quick phone call to your Sales Representative or to our Office will also initiate immediate action, and a timely response to your requirements.
Key Personnel
Construction cleaning and Post Construction cleaning is a very labor-intensive "people" business. The success of our firm relies ultimately on the quality of our personnel.
We believe in standing firmly behind our "on-the-job personnel as a system to assure high quality performance.
Safety
Safety is an area of great focus for all our staff at Sierra Cleaning Limited. For the safety of our customers as well as our staff, each employee is provided with company uniforms to make them easily identifiable. We also insure that each staff is fully equipped and prepared with all necessary protective equipment for their safety on the job site; i.e. steel toe work boots, lanyardslharness, hard hats, gloves and goggles.
Cleaning Crews are always lead by a Supervisor which takes responsibility for proper training to our staff for the specific focus's of every job site. NO machinery or equipment will be run by ANY personnel who have not been properly certified, and licensed.
Training
Training of personnel is something in which Sierra Cleaning takes pride. We have specific interest in assuring only properly trained people are involved in each project.
Our regularly educated Supervisors are trained in areas of cleaning techniques, communications, personal management, leadership skill, and training others. All of our staff is Bonded and covered under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and are have all been WHMlS trained in the latest cleaning methods. Any member of our staff who is operating any special equipment such as Lifts have been fully Certified and Licensed by Venetor Equipment Rentals under their Aerial Work PlatForm Courses.
